Shipping & Payment

Here's how your order reaches you, along with shipping fees and payment methods.

Shipping fee

A flat ¥600 (tax included) nationwide. Free on orders of ¥6,000 or more.

Time to ship

Each order is roasted fresh, so it ships within 2–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery method

Shipped via Japan Post (Click Post) and delivered to your mailbox.

Payment methods

Credit card, PayPay, convenience-store payment, or bank transfer (via Stripe). Card and PayPay are charged at checkout; konbini and bank-transfer orders ship after payment is confirmed.

Returns & exchanges

As coffee is a food product, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective items, shipping damage, or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items.
