Shipping & Payment

How your order reaches you, with shipping fees and payment methods.

Shipping fee

under 500g: Free（Click Post） 500-599g: Free（Letter Pack Plus） 600g or more: Free（Yamato Transport） Free shipping nationwide. The shipping method will be determined by your order quantity as follows: 1 to 2 x 200g items: Click Post (delivered to your mailbox) 1 x 500g item: Letter Pack Plus (handed to you in person) Orders exceeding the above quantities: Yamato Transport (courier service) A tracking number will be provided for all shipments upon dispatch.

Time to ship

We ship the freshest roast we have on hand, within 2–3 business days of your order. Depending on our roasting stock, shipping is occasionally delayed or an item sells out. If that happens we will contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery method

Shipped via Japan Post (Click Post) and delivered to your mailbox.

Payment methods

Credit card, PayPay, or bank transfer (via Stripe). Card and PayPay are charged at checkout; bank-transfer orders ship after payment is confirmed.

Returns & exchanges

As coffee is a food product, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective items, shipping damage, or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items.
