Arong and Eungam.
Arong was the miniature schnauzer who shared 17 years of our roaster’s life. One of our blends carries that name.
Eungam is the neighborhood in Seoul where our roaster spent close to 31 years. Here in Sapporo, our two blends carry names from that life.

About the roast
Roasting beans dark is not what we do. It is about giving each cup the distance the bean has travelled from far away and the memory of the land that raised it — understanding the character of every green bean deeply, and roasting it with a recipe that draws out its fullest appeal. So that it reaches you at its very best, we roast each order only after it is placed.
That is what "delivering" means to IRUDA COFFEE — an unadorned cup, yet one that makes no compromise. In front of a small roaster, writing it down one day, one cup at a time.
