Information we collect: Orders: name, address, phone number, and email. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled by Stripe, our payment processor — we never store them. Inquiries: name, email, and message.
How we use it: To confirm orders, ship products, respond to inquiries, and send essential notices about your transaction. Nothing else.
Sharing & processors: Shared only as needed with our processors: Stripe (payments), Japan Post (shipping), and our internal order tools (Slack, Google Sheets). We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
Cookies & storage: We use browser local storage to keep your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention: We keep records only as long as legally and financially required, then delete them.
