From the Sandia and Inambari valleys in Peru's southern Puno region, near the Bolivian border. Small farms at 1,400–1,900m grow varieties like Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica, washed and dried with care. Clear green-apple and orange acidity, a gentle almond nuttiness, and a sweet, sugarcane-like finish. Clean and light, the kind of cup you don't tire of. Within Inyeon, it is the bean that rounds everything off and ties it together.
