Brew Guide

How to brew our coffee

Freshly roasted beans deserve a simple routine. No special gear, no theory — just brews you can repeat every day.

Before you start — just three things

  • Grinding right before brewing gives the best aroma. No grinder? Choose a grind at checkout and we ship it ready to brew.
  • Boil water, then wait about one minute — that lands around 90–93°C.
  • After opening, seal the bag and keep it cool and dark. Best within 2–3 weeks.

Hand drip

V60 or any cone dripper

The everyday standard. Each product page also lists a per-bean brew note.

  3. Pour the rest in 2–3 passes, spiraling from the center (225g total).
  4. Aim to finish around 2:30–3:00. Give it a light stir and enjoy.
