Colombia is one of the most loved coffees in the world. This lot is grown on the Andean slopes of San Agustín in the southern Huila department, at 1,690–1,880m, from Bourbon trees finished with full washed processing. Expect cherry and red-apple fruit, the gentle bitterness of dark chocolate, and a clean balance that pulls it all together. With little to get in the way, it brews well no matter who makes it, an easy doorway into single origins, and the kind of everyday standard you can stay with the longest.
